Canine Walk⁄Run Fun for the whole family... especially the canine members! This Saturday is Pax River’s 9th annual Canine Walk Run. The event will begin at the Drill Hall at 1 p.m. There will be a $5 per family. Register at the Drill Hall or same day registration will be available beginning at Noon. All canine competitors will be eligible for random prizes and treats at the post event social. There will be no trophies, awards, or t-shirts to the canine owners. NRC Solomons FALL FEST
We are celebrating fall on Saturday at NRC Solomons, from 1-5 p.m., with a mini-carnival, campfire and hayride. MWR Holiday WeightMaintenance Program
Beginning this month, and running for 8 weeks you will be challenged to loose or maintain body weight during the gluttonous holidays! Weigh-ins will take place weekly. Participants will be given packets of information to get started and access to MWR Fitness professionals for advice. Pre-registration required. Prizes will be awarded weekly. Organizational meeting will be on Nov. 10 at 11:30 a.m. in the Bowling Center. This program is free and open to all eligible Drill Hall Patrons. Call Jillann Naegele at 301-342-5449 to register.

Friday Family Fun and Float Night
