What’s Hot in BRAC?

NNMC HOT information

  • C-Lot Parkers: Additional construction in C-Lot will close more spaces. Thus, C-Lot permits are being phased out. Permanent Mercy Hall residents who park in C-Lot are able to acquire a Q-Lot permit. This is completed in three easy steps:

    1) Go to Mercy Hall to get the Q-Lot form

    2) Take the completed form to Pass and ID for review⁄approval (Mercy Hall staff will assist if requested)

    3) Take the approved form back to Mercy Hall to acquire the permit

  • Personnel who are not a permanent resident in Mercy Hall may park in any of the general staff parking locations: Lots G, E, D, O, K, H, I and along Stone Lake Road (between Lot K and Lot N). A permit, tag or sticker is not required to park within these areas.

    NNMC PATIENT/STAFF access

  • Temporary ER Entrance: The temporary entrance located on the northwest side of Building 9 is open. Patients, staff and visitors must use this entrance when going to the Emergency Room. Additional directional signage has been installed inside and outside the hospital to assist personnel in locating the ER. This entrance is for patient pick up and drop off, and ambulances only.

    NNMC UNDER construction

  • Lot G: The new temporary lane will be established north of North Palmer Road encroaching on ‘‘G” Lot. The temporary road will be in place until December. The new traffic pattern will start Monday.

  • Building B: Total excavation for Building B will be about 20,000 cubic yards, or a volume equal to about 6 Olympic sized swimming pools. As a result of the excavation, the construction traffic between the front lawn and Building B will significantly increase. Flagmen will be posted during normal business hours to direct construction and motorist traffic. As a reminder, the South Wood entrance should only be used for Emergency Room or construction vehicle traffic.
