Chief Yeoman (Select) Quentin F. Martin was born in Jacksonville, Fla., and enlisted in the Navy Aug. 16, 1995. Upon completion of Recruit Training, Great Lakes, Ill., he attended Yeoman "A" School. He transferred to the administration's office Naval Health Clinic, Annapolis, Md., in 2010. Martin's previous tours of duty include Construction Batallion Unit 412, Sea Control Squadron 31, Fleet Readiness Center Southeast and USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98).
Chief Musician (Select) Ritchie L. Smith is a native of Erin, N.Y. and enlisted in the Navy after high school graduation in 1991. After completing Recruit Training and graduating from the Armed Forces School of Music, he transferred to Navy Band Memphis for his first tour of duty. Smith then began on-the-job training as the audio engineer for the command's rock and country group "Atlantis." Smith was selected for duty with the Naval Academy Band as audio engineer and head of the audio reinforcement department in 1993.
Chief Musician (Select) Borrelli-Boudreau is a native of Methuen, Mass., and entered into active duty service Aug. 20, 1997. Upon completion of Recruit Training in Great Lakes, Ill., he received orders to the Naval Academy Band. He is assigned as principal trombone, head enlisted conductor, leading petty officer of the Blue Ceremonial Unit, and head of the travel department of the band.
Chief Musician (Select) Lynda B. Dembowski is a native of Waynesboro, Va., and entered into active duty service June 30, 1999. Upon completion of Recruit Training, Great Lakes, Ill., she received orders to the Naval Academy Band. She has performed as clarinetist in the concert band, ceremonial and marching units, clarinet quartet and woodwind quintet.
Chief Machinist's Mate (Select) Samson T. Mulat was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and enlisted in the Navy on May 4, 1998. He is currently assigned as an instructor for the Engineering and Weapons Department at the academy. He reported here from USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69).
Chief Operations Spe- cialist (Select) Dion C. Dupree is a native of Washington, D.C., and enlisted in the Navy Dec. 6, 1999. He is assigned as the 2009 leading petty officer for the Naval Academy's Seamanship and Navigation Department. Prior to reporting to the academy, he was assigned to USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
Chief Hull Technician (Select) Jon D. Wagner is a native of Hazleton, Pa., and enlisted in the Navy Sept. 14, 2001. He is stationed as the yard patrol craft ship supervisor and craftmaster. He reporte here from USS Harry S Truman (CVN 75) where he served as the assistant quality assurance officer and quality assurance leading petty officer.
Chief Quartermaster (Select) Michael A. Odeneal was born in Chicago, Ill., and enlisted in the Navy Oct. 25, 1998. Upon completion of Recruit Training, Great Lakes Ill., he attended Quartermaster "A" School. He reported to the academy Aug. 12, 2010 from Carrier Strike Group Eight (CCSG 8), deployed aboard USS Dwight D Eisenhower (CVN 69).
