Military Family Day with the Nationals
Come down and watch the Washington Nationals take on the Philadelphia Phillies from 5:30-7 p.m. July 31 at Nationals Park. Tickets are $33 for game and picnic or $26 for picnic only. Picnic menu includes a burger bar with grilled onions, bacon, cheese, pickles and tomatoes; beef kosher hot dogs; barbecue beans; mustard potato salad; chips; watermelon; soft drinks and bottled water.

New York City shopping trip
Join Information, Tickets and Tours for a shopping day in New York City from 5:30 a.m.-11 p.m. July 31. Cost is $38. Shopping stops include Broadway, the Aqueduct and Jamaica Avenue. Bus leaves Anacostia Fitness Center parking lot at 5:30 a.m. and will arrive back at 11 p.m.

America’s Beginnings day trip
