Memorial Day Remembrance Video Begins Tomorrow; Ends Monday
Beginning tomorrow, a Memorial Day Tribute video can be seen on Channel 14 at the National Naval Medical Center. The video honors service members who have died in combat. The Visual Information Directorate produced the video and it can be seen at 7:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m. The video will air through Monday.
Commercial Vehicle Inspection Gate Changes Location; Delays Expected
Effective immediately, the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station has moved to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Gate. The gate will be used for incoming traffic only. Privately owned vehicles can still access through the gate, but drivers can expect delays during peak hours from 6 to 8 a.m. and from noon to 2 p.m. Normal gate hours are from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. The change from Bethesda’s South Gate clears the helicopter landing pad and allows flexibility if emergency medical evacuations arrive. All other gates will operate as normal.
Inpatient, Chemotherapy Pharmacies to Temporarily Change Locations
The National Naval Medical Center Inpatient Pharmacy Clinic has moved back to the Main Pharmacy, Bldg. 9, 2nd floor. The Chemotherapy Pharmacy and Chemotherapy Treatment Room will temporarily move June 4. Chemotherapy pharmacy will move to the Laboratory, Bldg. 9, 2nd floor, room 2393. The treatment room re-locates to 3 East Ward, Bldg. 10, 3rd floor, rooms 3004 and 3006.

The class will teach students how to write professional resumes, detailing military experiences and properly document past work history to potential employers.
