Umpires needed for softball league
The Prince William Lassie League, girls’ slow-pitch softball, is looking for umpires for its 41st season, which runs April 17 through June 19. Candidates must be 16 years old and older, male or female. This paid positionincludes training.

If your doctor has recommended you keep a record of your blood pressure for a certain time period, come to Semper Fit Center Health Promotion classroom to have your bloodpressure monitored, and learn about hypertension and how to manage your blood pressure. Daily from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on awalk-in basis.
