Interactive Customer Evaluation

The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system allows customers to rate services provided by Department of Defense (DoD) offices and facilities worldwide. Last year 90 percent of 803 Naval District Washington customers responded ‘‘Yes” when asked, ‘‘Were you satisfied with your experience at this office⁄facility.”

ICE is a Web-based tool that collects feedback on services provided by various DoD organizations. It allows customers to submit online comment cards to rate service providers they encounter and it is designed to improve services by giving managers immediate feedback from their customers.

To access our customer evaluation page on the Internet, go to http:⁄⁄ice.disa.mil. Enter the service provider name in the search field or select the location on the map where you received services, then navigate to the service. Complete the comment card. For more information contact the ICE Site Manager at ice.ndw.fcm@navy.mil.
