The focus is primarily on the MEDPROS Reporting Web Site.

All Army commands are encouraged to send a Soldier from their unit's Personnel⁄S1. Soldiers attending will learn how to run FMR reports and other individual reports, including projecting the company readiness up to three months in advance.

All individuals attending this training need to have MEDPROS read access prior to reporting. Go to: https:⁄⁄conus.mods.army.mil⁄MEDPROS⁄Secured⁄ to request read access. You will be prompted to enter your AKO Username and Password, and the request will be forwarded to your supervisor for authentication and authorization.

This training also includes data input into the MODS main frame. It is recommended that all commands have trained soldiers with access to the MODS mainframe.

These individuals have the capability to input Immunizations and Vision requirements, as well as the ability to create and maintain individual Task Forces.

Requests for write access for the MODS Mainframe can be found at: https:⁄⁄apps.mods.army.mil⁄MEDPROS⁄Secured⁄. From there follow instructions found in “How do I obtain a MEDPROS Data Entry account?“ tab.

All units are authorized three slots; a primary and two alternates. Additional spaces will be filled on first request basis. Reserve slots by emailing Name, Unit and contact information to:
