Money saving tips of the week: Food

  • Instead of purchasing that fancy and expensive cappuccino or latte, buy a regular coffee. They serve the same purpose right?

  • Substitute buying a lunch at work with bringing something from home. You will save money and possibly eat healthier, too.

  • Reduce the amount you eat out! By eating in, you will have additional money to put toward other debts or even an emergency fund.

  • Make a list and stick to it! You could easily save hundreds of dollars by making a grocery list of things you actually need, versus shopping on impulse. And grocery shop on a full stomach!
